Even though tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day for me. I am in! I will either stick to my C25k W6D3 of :

5 min warmup walk

15 min run

3 min walk

5 min run

5 min cooldown walk

OR

Go on into W7D1 of:

5 min warmup walk

20 min run

5 min cooldown walk

To be then followed by some strength training fun!

Then who knows…
